Refund and Exchange Policy
This policy will cover the general guidelines in relation to the return, refund and exchange of online transactions made on MolKart. Additionally, this policy will determine whether a request will be authorized or not.
1. Validity of Return
a. The validity to return your item will be determined based on:
Duration after delivery.
Delivery Location.
Condition of the item when delivered.
b. You can return the item within 24 hours of delivery.
c. Items shipped to international destinations are not be eligible for a return.
d. You are eligible to return your items only for the following reasons.
Damaged Items
o Complete with free gifts, accessories and in the original packaging
o Tags & labels attached
Defective Item
o Complete with free gifts, accessories and in the original packaging
o Tags & labels attached
o Not damaged
Incorrect Size
o Unused
o Complete with free gifts, accessories and in the original packaging
o Tags & labels attached
o Not damaged
Not as advertised
o Unused

Wrong item
o Unused

o Sealed Condition – Except when items cannot be identified in the original sealed condition
Missing parts/item

o Iv. Not a returned item
o If the item is send in replacement of a returned item.
2. Return Shipping Payment
i. Return shipping should be paid by the customer unless it is associated with a shipping service or an enhanced liability service that supports free return service. In such cases the shipping will be collected from the merchant.
ii. Products shipped with enhanced liability can be returned free of charge for the customer.
3. Physical Inspection
i. All return items are subject to physical inspection upon arrival at our inspection facility.
ii. If the item does not meet with the return requirements included in this policy, item return will be rejected.
iii. Maldives Post Ltd reserves the right to discard return rejected items however it may deem appropriate.
4. Refunds and Reimbursements
i. We provide 2 kinds of reimbursements for your convenience.
o Replacement
o Refund
ii. Your reimbursements will be processed after physical inspection which will usually take However, depending on the case it may take a longer period to process.

All refunds will be credited through Bank of Maldives account deposit or at post office counter delivery
i. Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your card as mentioned in clause C. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
ii. Shipping Charges: shipping charge will not be refunded.
